With the help of the Fast CPR program, HOYO members were licensed with valid CPR certificates to improve their capabilities in daily life.

HOYO members took out over 10 garbage bags of microplastic and waste drifted into and circling in the Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve.
At UH's Farm Laboratory on Hilo, HOYO members helped the Adopt-A-Beehive event, cooking and distributing food at food stations. They also learned about bees and visited some of the beehives kept at the farm.
